Payment 

Private lesson

 Payment for private lessons must be made before the day of the lesson or by advance for package lesson payment of 10 sessions. Lesson fees are to be paid only to the company Total Tennis UEN or Paynow. 

 Sessions must be completed within 3 months from payment – unless due to injury with a valid medical certificate.

 No refunds will be given for any un-used sessions.

 Slot will only be confirmed once fees has been received.

Group lesson

 Payment collected on a monthly basis. Fees to be paid before the first week of the month. 

 Slot will only be confirmed once fees has been received. Total Tennis reserves the rights to give the slot to the next student for any late payment. 

Camps

 Slot will only be confirmed once fees has been received.

 No make up classes or refunds if student is unable to attend due to any other activities/illness.

Withdrawal 

 Withdrawal from the group class is strictly on a monthly basis. Withdraw notice should be 15 days before the start of the new month. If you wish to withdraw in the middle of the month, please note there is no refund for the unutilized classes. Any withdrawal from the class can be done through email enquiry@totaltennis.sg.

Cancellation

Private lesson

 Cancellation less than 24hrs will result in a full charge payment.

 For public courts – Once court has been booked and paid for, there is no reimbursement of the court fees for any cancelled lesson.

 For condo courts – Students to ensure court is available and booked. Full lesson will be charged if coach has arrived and court is not available.

Group class

 In the event that the trainee is unable to attend group class due to certain reason, kindly email enquiry@totaltennis.sg. Advance notice of more than 15 days are to be given, otherwise lesson fees will be applicable.

Absences 

 Medical reason – Valid medical certificate (MC) must be provided strictly within 24 hours which cover the date of the missed class. Otherwise lesson fee will be applicable.

Rain outs

 Any cancellation of classes due to inclement weather is based on Total Tennis discretion. If the session is cancelled/delayed due to inclement weather, we will inform you thru SMS/whatsapp no earlier than 1 hour before the start of class.

 If there is no update on your class, the default is that lessons are as usual. If you have been notified that classes are ongoing but decide not to come, this will be taken as a no-show. Lesson fee will still be applicable. 

 If more than half of the lesson is completed: The lesson will be charged in full. 

 Anything less than half completed lesson: The lesson will be considered as a half used session.

Acknowledgment of risks, injury

 Any past injuries, illness will be the trainee’ responsibility to be made know to Total Tennis. 

 Participation in the activities is solely at trainee’ risk and responsibility. In the event of any injury, damage, loss or death to student or its property during the session, trainee will not hold Total Tennis or its coaches accountable or will bring no claim or legal actions. 

 I have read and understand the above and know how it affects my legal rights.

 Photos on our social media platforms are properties of Total Tennis. 

 Kindly let us know if you do not wish the trainee to be used in our promotional photos/videos.
